I got a ticket for Les Miserables the other day. I went alone since it was too short notice. I saw the musical last night at the Hobby Center. It's the second time that I've seen it. The first time, they had a rotating stage. I thought it was the coolest thing. Last night, it was a normal stage with fewer people in the orchestra. They must have been downsizing. I love the songs in it and some would make teary eyed. What usually strikes me most is that they always have a bearish guy play the lead character, Jean Valjean. I always look forward to that. Will I watch it again? Maybe. I'm more of a Rent freak so I dunno if I can do the same with Les Miz.

I just downloaded the Kindle for iPhone app. I think it's better than buying the Kindle itself. I will probably settle for this. It's a cheaper alternative to read eBooks.

It's okay.
We got some King Cake, too. Somebody found the baby!
We walked around Bourbon Street to take pictures of interesting stuff. Bears, protesters, people in costumes and a lot more!

There's this restaurant in Arizona called the Heart Attack Grill. They're honest coz they really say that what you're about to eat is bad for you. Perhaps I'll just have a Single Bypass Burger.
There are woofy guys in the restaurant though. Check it out. :-)
Bill Geist visits the Heart Attack Grill in Chandler, Ariz., where you can almost feel your arteries clogging.

If you've seen Bear Run The Movie on Logo, the middle guy is one of the featured bears in that documentary. He's really a great guy!

I've been meaning to share these pics for some time now.
A couple of weeks ago, I was with my friend Ed at the Halloween & Party Expo. It was at the George R. Brown Convention Center.
In this expo, they were showcasing new costumes and decorations that will be out this coming Halloween. This is more like a retailers' convention to see what's good to order by August in time for Halloween and the holidays. I even met a Filipino party store owner from Toronto.
I was seeing stuff that has never been out in the market before.
      
There was even a fashion show for the costumes. There were DC Comics costumes and Star Trek uniforms. (That was the same runway where I did Project Nardway.)
   
And of course, I had to take a pic of the woofy camera man at the fashion show. :-)

We went to David and Carlos' house for the Super Bowl. We had lotsa fun watching, eating and chatting. I got a little tipsy with some coconut rum and pineapple juice.
We were even prepared for the 3D commercials. :-)
