About 300 - My View

Some of you may already have reviewed it.

It's almost as violent as Gladiator or Braveheart.
But the effects are great. All those slowmo-slicing of legs,
flying limbs. Awesome!

The problem with Gladiator and Braveheart was that the graphic scenes were obscured with speed, fraction-of-a-second shots, and dark environments.

In 300, they emphasized the graphic scenes amazingly with almost bullet-time effects and bright backgrounds.

As for the story, it's history, stretched out for more than an hour. It's really more about war.

It's got hot guys, too!

It's a highly recommendable movie.

I forgot you love body hair.
That was what's really lacking in that movie.

Actually, body hair is only a secondary attraction for me. It's great, but I am forgiving if it's lacking. As long as it's not shaved. That's gross. It makes guys look... prepubescent.

My beef with this movie is the absence of just that. Everyone is athletic and chiseled. Yuck!

I tend to prefer bigger, grizzly types. All I saw was a bunch of muddy gym rats that yell too much.

LOL! Yeah, they yelled a lot.

I myself like 'em hairy. Waxing and shaving body hair is a no-no for me.

It was really hyped to show off those muscle guys. But I like them heavy on the side.
