Tea with Cream
Mar. 6th, 2008 @ 10:43 am
Have you guys tried this?
well, not "regular" tea, but I make my chai with milk
I only see Chai at Starbucks.
You make your own at home?
yeah, you can buy it in the store now :) the celestial seasonings one isn't bad. I just use two bags (in a large mug) with milk and maybe put a tablespoon of sugar in (to taste)
Sound very yummy, Eric.
However, I'm lactose intolerant. :-(
Can I use Lactaid? :-)
sure!I bet that would work fine. I just mix it up and nuke it for a minute or two to get it warm.
My mom got me on it years ago. Haven't had it that way in years but it's wonderful.
Like I posted before, we grew up with instant coffee haha
pg tips, half and half, 3 sugars
Everyday for you really?
I drink my tea like I drink my coffee. With lots o milk 'n sugah. Except I like to use honey (in both coffee and tea!!!)
I think honey is good in tea.
I don't know about the hives though.
Yep, it's the British Way!
I heard people from India do it, too. Well, the British influenced them somehow in the past.

I think of this as a British thing too. I enjoy Mint Tea with Milk & Honey.
i love tea with cream. love it.
I've done it before. It does have a peculiar taste.
Is that cream all from one guy or did you pass the cup around the office?
Haha! Nah. It's really just tea.
It's really just regular Luzianne tea or something.
I just tried with powedered cream. Nothing fancy.
