I lost my softball glove last month. So I had to get one today in time for our games in Dallas this 4th of July weekend. I went to Academy.
I was really there just for the glove. I picked one and went to the cashier.
This girl cashier was there with an unwelcoming look. I handed over the glove to be scanned and I paid for it.
She then proceeded to put it in a plastic bag. I said, "No need for plastic. I'll just carry it out." She took the glove out, crumpled the plastic bag and threw it in the trash can! I wanted to slap her right then! What was the point of asking for no plastic?
Don't they train cashiers about saving plastic?
